Rates
Trip Rate we come to you
Trip Charge
The first 10 miles are free of charge, for anything over 10 miles there is a $3.50 per mile fee.
The first 10 road miles are no charge, after that there is $3.50 a mile We start from 1308 S Garrett St Anah We use google maps to calculate mileage to you and we do not charge for the return trip. We also have a 4 Wheel drive vehicle equipped with a 13,500-pound winch, if you are Boon Docking or off highway. We also use OnX this is a specific GPS system to locate you if your camping location is not off of a marked highway. This is all discussed upfront you will not have any surprise charges.
Labor Rate
We charge 130.00 Minium for the first hour and then we bill by the 1/2 hr. afterwards @ 65.00 per each 1/2 hr. Repair rate time and charge is based off of industry standards as listed from RVIA/RVDA guidelines.
Parts

While every effort will be made to complete the repair and get you back to enjoying your trip there may be times where parts will have to be ordered and a return trip will be necessary, this will be discussed, and you will have a choice as to how you want to proceed. We will NOT disable any safety device or do something that could put you in danger. Parts that are ordered will be included in the initial bill. additional labor and trip charges may apply.

Once we get to your location, we will take a few minutes to have you demonstrate the issue you have reported on, so we are all on the same page and put a plan together to get it resolved. If we find other issues that come to our attention, we will certainly point those out to you as well. Our customers tend to appreciate when we bring things to their awareness to save on a future service call or provide insight and education from our years of working on these systems.
